Emma Macleod and Abi Lewis are both members of Edinburgh based art collective place+platform.

Working mostly in sculpture, Emma Macleod's practice centres around pots, colour, the flow of liquid and the natural environment, taking influence from birds, nesting & re-production.

Recent projects include Art Walk Porty, The Neverending Glen at Kelburn Castle Estate and recipient of the RSA Open Exhibition WASPS Residency Award in 2016.

Working in illustration, object placement and sculpture, Abi Lewis creates fantastical and vibrant otherworldly scenes. Imaginary, yet oddly familiar creatures inhabit their own strange spaces, which threaten to creep out into the material world.

Recent exhibitions include Pointlessly Long Undescriptive Title group show at Patriothall and the Neverending Glen at Kelburn Castle Estate. Upcoming exhibition opportunities include LeithLate and Edinburgh Art Festival.

Daniel Allison is a storyteller and musician. He has travelled, lived and worked in African Villages, Nepalese monasteries and the Amazon Jungle. He now shares the stories that he has found on his journeys with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
