Felicity Bristow's site specific work is an exploration of line, narrative, material and the pervading spirit of place. She is fascinated with words, making, researching and exploring the physical structure of books, with people and buildings. She recently completed her MA in Contemporary Art Practice from Edinburgh College of Art.
Susie Wilson has a longstanding concern with narratives (sequential and accumulative) and for the self-documentary impluse, and has drawn on diverse external sources - historic, architectural, anatomical. Recent work has looked at the fragility and strength of the human body, of things hidden and revealed with traces left behind and transforming these ideas into small-scale objects of delicate complexity. Susie was recently artist in resident at ECA library.
